Below, you will find a list of the most common repairs that we do. All repairs include both parts and labor, as well as a 6 month warranty that covers any defects in parts or labor. Multiple repairs done at one time may be discounted and done as a package repair. Don't see a repair here that you're looking for? Keep in mind that iPhone repairs, especially screen replacements, are a “get what you pay for” sort of situation. Our prices are very competitively priced when compared to other repair shops and companies that use the same quality parts that we do. Generally speaking, we are using replacement parts that are in every way the same as the original parts that is coming out of your device. However this is not always the case with all independent repair shops, and in fact, it is unfortunately much more common for shops to use low quality aftermarket/copy parts, especially for screen replacements. If you ever have any questions regarding our pricing or the quality of parts that we are using, we are always more than happy to answer those questions.
Keep in mind that iPhone repairs, especially screen replacements, are a “get what you pay for” sort of situation. Screen Replacements
For screen replacements, we choose to only offer genuine Apple parts in the form of new "service packs" or used "OEM pulls". These genuine parts are either obtained directly through Apple (for iPhone 12 series and newer) or from third party parts resellers in the industry. We choose to not offer lower cost, lower quality aftermarket parts because especially for newer Pro model iPhones, we find the overall quality, functionally, and durability of these aftermarket screens to very poor and not up to our high standards. Simply put, the cost savings that is offered by these aftermarket screens is not worth the issues and headaches frequently encountered by both the customer and us as a repair shop.
"Refurbished original" is very occasionally used for iPhone 11 series and older where service packs are not able to be sourced. These are screens where are an original core display that at one point had cracked cover glass and was then professionally refurbished with aftermarket cover glass and an aftermarket frame. Original touch response, color clarity, and fitment is retained with refurbished original, but the cover glass and frame may not be as durable as original.
Unless otherwise noted below, the prices listed will include repair with a "new original" quality screen assembly. We do not currently offer any aftermarket parts due to the overall poor quality nature of these parts.

Battery Replacements
When bundling a battery replacement with any other repair that requires us to open your phone, the pricing below is discounted. The discount varies depending on model. All prices are for iPhone 11 series and older are for premium quality aftermarket batteries (that meet the same specifications and expectations as original Apple batteries) due to Apple not officially selling genuine parts to independent shops for these models.. For iPhone 12 series and newer, genuine Apple batteries are recommended and kept in stock, while for some models premium aftermarket is still an option if listed below.

Frame Replacements/Cracked Back Glass^
Frame and back glass replacements are offered primarily to address cracked/damaged/missing back glass, but can also address other types of frame damage. We use only genuine "OEM pull" Apple parts for these repairs for all frame replacements and some back glass replacements, but primarily new "Service Pack" parts for back glass only replacements. OEM pull parts are frames and back glass panels that were pulled from iPhones that had other issues and were in turn parted out. In the truest sense, these are "used" parts, but we only use frames that will show extremely minimal, if any, cosmetic signs of use. Pricing is variable and is based on parts availability and costs at any given time, which fluctuates regularly. As such, the pricing shown below is approximate, and it is best to call ahead if you are concerned about an exact price prior to coming in for repair.
Also, please note that we make a concerted effort at great expense to keep at least one of each color frame and back glass in stock at any given time. However, this is not possible 100% of the time, so if you are also concerned about having to change the color of the frame or back of your phone, please call ahead and check on our parts stock before coming in.

^These repairs make use of a used original part (a.k.a. "OEM pull") in good to excellent cosmetic condition. Brand new parts are not used in these repairs due to either a cost prohibitive price of those new parts, or poor quality of new aftermarket replacement parts. We only offer repairs with parts that we feel confident in, and are of the same or better quality than the parts that originally came with your device. If we can't get parts that meet that standard, then we simply won't do the repair.
