Office Location and Hours

Our office is located in Conway Village on Pleasant Street, in the Conway Professional Plaza. We are located in the lower level of the building, which is accessed at ground level at the back of the building (opposite of Pleasant Street). To find us using Apple Maps, Google Maps, or other GPS/Navigation program, use:

Office Hours:
We are staffed 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday from 10 to 6, closed on Sundays. We will only alter our operating schedule around holidays, and possibly during inclement weather in this winter. Any changes in our schedule will be announced on our page on Facebook and in our voicemail message for our phone system. Some other things to keep in mind about our operation:
  • We are a small business, staffed solely by the two co-owners Brian and Bill. We do everything from answering the phones and responding to emails to completing the most complex and technical repairs.
  • We do not offer any services by appointment. Some time ago, we moved to a business model where anybody can walk-in during regular business hours to talk to us, drop off, pickup, etc. If you'd like to manage expectations regarding any of our services, please contact us prior to coming into the shop.
  • Please keep in mind that not all repairs and services can be completed while you wait or in very short periods of time. We are always extremely aware that the devices that we service are an integral part of peoples' lives now, and we will always get them back into your hands as quickly as possible. Sometimes that may take an hour, sometimes that may take a day...it just depends on the nature of the issue that you are having with the device and it also depends on our business levels at the time. With that said, most routine repairs such as iPhone screen replacements can be done in about an hour.

Please note that despite the 662 exchange, the above number is not a cell phone number. It is a landline with Spectrum Business and because of this, we cannot receive or send SMS text messages. If you use Apple's iMessage service on any Apple product, you can send an iMessage (i.e. text message) to info@iguystechshop.com, but please realize that not all business is conducive to being conducted via iMessage.

    Filling out the form below will send an email to our general inbox. More often than not, we will get back to you within a few hours, if not sooner, however a response could take as long as 24 hours. Please keep in mind that if you email us outside of our business hours (Monday through Saturday, 10 to 6) it may take more time to receive a response. If your situation requires an especially quick response, please consider calling us instead of emailing.

    Please be specific in your email. Information  such as the model and/or generation of the device you are inquiring about will allow us to respond with the best information possible, cutting down on the amount of back and forth emails needed to get you the information you are looking for.

    Unfortunately, this form is not currently working well in situations where a user has any sort of popup blocker or "content blocking" enabled. In these situations, after clicking the "send" button, you will not be given any feedback that the form has been submitted when indeed it has. Generally speaking, as long as you clicked on "send", we will have received your email. However, if you'd like to be 100% certain that the form got submitted, disable any popup blocking or contact blocking for our website before submitting your email.     Some inquiries are better and more easily addressed with a phone call, so supplying your number to us allows us to call you if that is the case. We will only use your phone number to contact you regarding your inquiry. You will never receive any solicitation from us and we do not sell our customer information to anyone.
